London Midland rail franchise passenger research

This report outlines passengers’ current experiences of the London Midland franchise. This research has looked at passengers’ views of the current franchise operations and identifies passengers aspirations for the future, highlighting a number of issues that the new franchise should address.
The findings from the research are being shared with Department for Transport and used to help inform their specification for proposals from the operator for the direct award period.
